Rajasthan is a place of performances of various traditions and culture Drum dance is also a part of this culture. It enhances Rajasthan’s goodwill on the stage of India. Drum dance of Rajasthan is a popular folk dance of this state in our county India. During the performance of this Drum dance women dressed with very beautiful and magical colorful cloths. Drum dance is also called as a war dance or professional dance form of Rajasthan. Basically it is a dance of Jalore district of Rajasthan.

It is a performance of men dancer who hung big drums in their necks and perform with dangerous cymbals in their hands. They hold bar swords on their mouth and moves with the movement of music. They use these bar swords to define their performance in front of people. It looks so beautiful when they mover with rhythm of music. Dancer moves their body with the sound rises by drums beaten. It is the dance form of Martial races of Rajasthan.

Drum dances looks much more attractive when dancer increases their movement with an increment in rhythm of drums. We can watch drum dance on the various festival or ritual occasion in Rajasthan.
